Background:
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Account Director to join this successful independent Healthcare Communications agency working across a unique and interesting mix of Medical Education and PR campaigns. In this role you will manage an attractive portfolio, consisting of high-profile accounts for some major pharmaceutical clients.
The successful candidate will provide tactical, strategic counsel to clients, engage effectively with key opinion leaders and oversee the effective development and delivery of campaigns, ensuring that they meet and exceed client expectations. You will be a results-driven individual with strong client-facing, communication and leadership skills as well as a clear interest in (and passion for) both Medical Education and PR. This position also has a focus on Patient Adherence, so the successful applicant will be knowledgeable and experienced in that particular area.
To qualify for this role you must be highly motivated, analytical and strategic, possess strong management credentials as well as demonstrable organisational and budgeting experience.
This role will also see you playing an active role winning new business. You will have a real ability to source and spot new business opportunities (both organic and new prospects) and the ideal candidate will need to be ready to be part of a strong senior management team.
