We are looking for Account Directors for two of our key clients to be based in either London or Cheshire respectively. As part of the client service team the Account Director will be responsible for the provision of scientific and commercial expertise to pharmaceutical clients. You will take the lead in developing and managing relationships with clients as well as with medical opinion leaders. You will ensure that projects are delivered effectively, on time and on budget. With responsibility for business development, the Account Director will carry out marketing analysis to identify new business opportunities and participate in new business presentations. Team management, motivation and development and providing feedback on specific projects, are also important components of this role.
We are looking for an experienced Account Director with previous experience working in a healthcare communications or pharmaceutical environment across a broad range of therapy areas. You must have at least a BSc in a biological science, a PhD is favourable but not a requirement. Successful candidates will demonstrate a real passion for healthcare communications and the role that it plays as part of a client’s marketing strategy.
