Background:Our client is a dynamic healthcare communications agency based in Kent. The company has grown significantly year-on-year and, due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an Account Executive to join the account management team.
The purpose of the role is to:
- Manage the day-to-day co-ordination and administration of designated projects and client accounts under the direction of the Director, Client Services / Senior Account Director
- Execute the effective delivery of projects and programmes
Roles and responsibilities:
- Principal client contact on day-to-day administrative and logistical issues on assigned accounts
- Understand needs and requirements of each project
- Attend key client briefing meetings and participate in the briefing of projects into the agency
- Working with colleagues to review content of projects to ensure they meet the approved brief
- Follow company processes and procedures
- Project and schedule tracking
- Attend appropriate client meetings congresses and exhibitions as required
Key skills:
- Good understanding of client needs on designated accounts
- Good organisational, project management, and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under tight time constraints
- Ability to understand and adhere to all internal processes and systems
- Good attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relations both internally and externally

- Ability to work in a team
- Flexible and positive mental attitude
- Willingness to travel
- Good PC skills included Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience and qualifications:
- Preferably a life science graduate
- Some agency or industry experience desirable but not essential
