In this account management role, which may involve significant international travel, your focus will be on meetings and KOL management and outstanding interpersonal and project/budget management talents will be paramount. What’s critical is that you know your stuff and can draw on your med comms consultancy experience to get you up and running immediately; any oncology/anti-infectives knowledge would be perfect but not essential. You blend your scientific/clinical expertise and an inspirational creative spark with a respect for business realities, and develop trustful and productive relationships at all levels.
