Background:

Our client, a leading global CRO, provides a comprehensive range of services in Phase I-IV clinical trials to the biopharmaceutical and device industries. They are currently seeking two Associate Directors Clinical Operations (Late Phase & Health Outcomes).

JOB ROLE:
The Cilnical Operations Associate Director will work within a busy Late Phase business supporting the Patient Related Outcomes and Health Economics practices. They will be a part of the management team providing senior administrative support by managing administrative activities and projects.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES include:
Negotiating and administering contracts for the division within pre established guidelines
Point of contact to liaise in a strategic capacity with the Global Business Service departments
Developing and implementing standard operating procedures across the offices and develop a system of compliance
Developing and supporting systems to recruit retain and evaluate staff within the practice across all offices
Ensuring compliance

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Extensive experience within Late Phase / Health Outcomes
Demonstrable experience of relevant Operational capability
PERSONAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Possess a valid Drivers license
