We are looking to hire an Associate Medical Editor to work as part of our editing team, which is responsible for ensuring that all documents and products are delivered to the highest possible quality in terms of clarity, accuracy, style and consistency to meet client needs. This will involve proof-reading and editing, as well as liaising with internal and external colleagues on a daily basis.
As an Associate Medical Editor, you will receive regular training and support from your line manager, Senior Editors and account team members.
We are looking for candidates with a relevant degree, as well as some prior editing experience – ideally of a scientific or medical nature. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines are essential. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual and a good communicator who can become an important part of the CMC team.
This role is ideal for either an experienced editor interested in getting into medical communications, or an aspiring editor with healthcare and scientific qualifications.
