Background:
Ideally we seek a IRCA certified Lead Auditor working in the Medical Devices Sector who has a Electrical/electronics background, a number of years commercial experience in the testing and safety of electrical products (medical devices), and who therefore has a working knowledge of relevant standards and legislation (including ISO 13485, IEC 60601-1, MDD, Active Implantable Medical Device Directive). Engineers, who are not lead auditors but have solid expertise in the Quality and Auditing, are also welcome to apply. Actual experience in Design and Technical document review will be favourably looked upon.
Training in Auditing will be provided.
Good written and spoken English at Business level is mandatory. An initial period at the office will be required on joining, but the position is essentially home based. Travel does form an inherent part of this role. Regular training is provided as a standard, aiding excellent long term career potential. Highly rewarding benefits package.
