They are seeking a CRA Development Manager for the South East. JOB ROLE: The CRA Development Manager is responsible for key tasks related to regional site management including hiring and managing,, territory development and regional study support. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES include: Responsible for hiring, managing and developing staff Responsible for managing regional area support Providing input into global budgets and quarterly forecasts, capacity planning and functional strategy from the regionally focused perspective Function as a territory development specialist including being accountable for the strategic assessment and development of geographic territories Supporting study teams as required Responsible for coordinating activities that provide feasibility data regarding clinical protocols and providing recommendation for global study placement in the region Accountable for ensuring all RCRA deliverables Managing the activities of local site management and monitoring teams to meet global and local commitments. Developing and maintaining global alignment through interactions with Global Development Operations and providing leadership for the resolution of issues with global study teams QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Clinical study site monitoring and/or site management experience Direct line and indirect people management experience - multinational desirable Good understanding of clinical study budgeting and the drug development process PERSONAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES: Excellent communication skills Interpersonal and networking skills BENEFITS OF THE ROLE: This leading pharmaceutical company is committed to fostering a friendly work place with no discrimination.
