The Role:
You will be managing Clinical Research Associates acrossEastern Europe. Split into 4 areas, your role will involve regional sitemanagement, territory development, regional study support and generalcompliance. You will also be heavily involved in hiring, developing, training,reviewing and budgeting proposals.
The Person:
You must have experience of managing CRA’s along withprevious general line management experience. You will be quality focused with aproven track record in project management. The ability to travel essential andwill usually consist of 2 to 3 short trips or 1 full week per month. A second language is advantageous as isprevious biopharmaceutical monitoring experience outside of the UK.
