Forecasting and demand planning for a portfolio of our client''s products. Maintaining correct stock levels and packaging compliance.

Generate the optimum monthly market-driven sales forecast (24 month horizon).
Update the forecast as frequently as required within the month with a deadline of month end.
Maintain regular contact with Key Stakeholders and contributors to the forecast, including Marketing, Commercial, Supply Policy, Sales, Replenishment Centre and Customer Services.
Use DSS and weekly sales history reports to pro-actively address items with forecast error above target.

Supply Planning and Inventory Management :-
Ensure visibility of accurate market inventory, sale and forecast information through the established replenishment systems.
Maintain global reporting systems to ensure that they reflect accurate information.
Develop supply plans for items managed in a Supply to Order mode.
Track expiry darting of plant/market inventory and defines actions to avoid obsolete inventory.
Coordinate, to maintain supply in Regulatory compliance, implementation of artwork changes with supplying plants.
Plan and coordinate changes in packaging or re-labelling of existing inventory in coordination with Regulatory Affairs/Artwork Officers, Marketing, Plants, Replenishment Centre and Distribution.
Prepare and disseminate weekly stock availability and other management reports e.g. short dated stock.

Supply Chain Agreements (SCAs):-
Drive the annual SCA process with manufacturing plants, including relevant supply chain parameters for both Replenishment and Supply to Order modes. Some travel will be required.
As part of the SCA process define inventory policies - In coordination with the supplying plants establish maximum inventory levels and safety stock parameters for finished goods at local warehouses.
Ensure global systems are maintained in line with SCA parameters.

New Products and Line Extensions:-
Populate the local and global systems with new item data.
Agree Supply Chain Agreement parameters with the supplying plants.
Obtain forecasts from Marketing for launch stocks and beyond.
Coordinate launch stocks with the Plant, Markets and Distribution.

Educated to degree level or equivalent via experience.
Solid technical knowledge Microsoft Excel. SAP, DSS and Manugistics also a distinct advantage.

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Well organised and tenacious.
Proven record of building collaborative relationships across the business and in different countries.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to work independently.
