Background:
Our client, a world leading pharmaceutical company, discovers, develops, manufactures and markets a wide range of innovative, value-added pharmaceutical products for both humans and animals around the world. They are currently seeking a Digital Sales Representative for a 12 month contract at their Surrey location.
JOB ROLE:
The Sales Representative''s role will cover all customers in Primary care and involve the promotion of our client''s growth brands to these customers in the digital arena through the use of non-customer facing technology. This will include the selling of brands to customers through the planning of remote customer calls and virtual meetings to engage with customers.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES include:
Promote products to designated customers
Setting up appointments with target customers in coordination with the cross functional team aligned to the specific territory
Building rapport with customers to create follow-up interactions, gain product endorsement to generate sales
Liaise with other team members to share information, motivate and support team members and contribute to the generation and delivery of the telesales objectives
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
The role requires competence in planning and organising so as to meet territory plan objectives and some involvement in project work may be required.
A'' Level or ''Higher'' in science subjects
Knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas
Effective working knowledge of General Practice
PERSONAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
Effective selling skills
Strong presentation skills
Advanced Computer ability/skills
