Freelance Editorial Director, Medical Communications

Background:
We are currently searching for an experienced medical writing professional with a background in working in management positions, to take on an interim assignment at a well regarded agency in London. This will be a good chance to spend up to six months working with a bright and motivated team on a variety of projects, whilst making good connections for the future.

In this role you will come in and take charge of the agency''s editorial team, helping to provide overall direction, review and direct workload and contribute to the business development process. As this is an immediate need, you will be able to adapt quickly to the new environment and form productive working relationships with the existing team. The position will last an initial three months, though there is the potential for the assignment to continue beyond that point. This is a full time position and candidates should expect to be office based.

To be considered for this position it will be necessary to have a background in working in senior level positions in medical communications agencies and be available at short notice to commence a new role.
