Background:
Global Clinical Design Manager, Oxford This role is with a global leader in their field. An organisation that has plans to develop their Scientific and Clinical Affairs teams locally, to join their global project teams. As such it is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team within a dynamic organisation with cutting edge products. The opportunity for a Global Clinical Design Manager encompasses leading and being part of global project teams involved in business critical clinical programs including new product development, pivotal and post-launch studies. You will maintain effective communication between US and UK cross-functional areas to collate input from key business areas. Translate research ideas and/or regulatory requirements into ethical, practical, scientifically sound, designs taking into consideration the constraints of resource, time frames and budget. You will interact with KOL and study investigators to provide early feedback on study protocol feasibility. Facilitate and provide input to the generation of study materials and training materials for study initiation and conduct. Author and/or facilitate the authorship by KOLs/Study Investigators, scientific publications for the Global Clinical Affairs organisation. We require applicants with; * Relevant experience within design, initiation, and conduct of clinical research studies * Knowledge and experience of GCP clinical trial design, statistical processes and regulatory processes. * Outstanding judgement and decision-making ability and experience. * A proven track record in providing the management and leadership necessary for the initiation and execution of clinical projects from study design to publication * Experience in Diabetes therapy area is highly attractive This opportunity is a full-time position to be primarily based out of their Oxfordshire offices.
