Are you an experienced Pharmaceutical Marketing professional looking to move into a interesting global role (covering Europe, US, Japan) with an opportunity for the future to move into a General/ Country Manager Role?
Nonstop are currently in the process of recruiting for a position with our esteemed client, a world renowned Pharmaceutical company which will be focused on global launch preparations and delivery for an innovative drug on the global level.
This is a high visible position where you will be responsible for launch readiness in major pharmaceutical markets and will mean you will have a role with a broad range of responsibilities and will be focused also on change management with the individual countries. Nonstop''s client is located in attractive offices close to Frankfurt.
The position will report into the Head of Launch Office who reports into the Board and will involve tracking the launch readiness progress through regular interaction and meetings with the various countries, there will be a commercial focus with tracking and commercial forecasts and ensuring appropriate investment planning. It will be important to ensure quality of people, skills, resources and plans across the business. The position will have significant interaction with senior leadership and heads of departments in the company. After the product(s) are launched there will then be post launch tracking and planning.
Our client is looking for strong international experience in the pharmaceutical industry in marketing/
product launch with sound knowledge of early to late stage development and commercialisation. Experience with process planning tools will be of importance as with strong experience in project management, preferably people management.
Experience in working with Japanese and/or North American markets will be desirable as will specialty Pharmaceutical products.
