As the Head of New BD you will be working directly alongside the Vice President to define the sales strategy and marketing alongside the new business development therefore giving you the opportunity of a diverse position working alongside one of the company''s key decision makers.
This position will take responsibility for developing and growing business for special chemical ingredients by identifying new business opportunities related to new suppliers and products, negotiating deals and giving support to local sales force, visit suppliers for business discussions and and being present for audits.
Our client is looking for a candidate with a background in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical or other related degree with strong and demonstrated experience in account management, sales or business development with specifically Pharmaceutical chemicals. A knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry in Asia would be a strong advantage, and experience in working in these markets would be beneficial.
