Head of Chemistry Discovery- China- Global Pharma
An international pharmaceutical company who have been investing heavily within Research and Development are looking for a senior level candidate to Head the Chemical Discovery at their site in China. This is a highly visible role within the organisation- reporting to the overall global head of Chemistry- although you should be fluent in English and local Chinese Languages (Mandarin).
You will be located in one of the global cities of the world, with a number of companies investing heavily in this rapidly developing economy. There is assistance with relocation, as well as having a very strong benefit package on top of the salary.
As this position will involve leading a department of 40 within Chemistry Discovery, extensive experience of line management and working through different stages of drug discovery is essential. There is potential scope for progression in the future, even though this is a senior role at a global Pharma.
