Background:
Nonstop''s client which is an International pharmaceutical company is looking to significantly increase their health economics department in Switzerland and looking to take on a Group Head for the team with project and man-management responsibilities.
This position has arisen in line with general plans to expand significantly the health economics department in Switzerland which oversees all European HEOR activities. This position is heavily focused on involvement with the technical hands on aspect of economic modelling, working closely with clinical teams to ensure the correct collection of clinical data for economic evaluation.
You will be responsible for managing a 2-3 junior members of the team, regularly reviewing their performance, assessing their training needs and providing mentoring assistance and some training.
To apply for this position you should have strong technical skills in health economics including economic modelling and Health Technology Assessments (HTA). Prior experience of man management would be a preference but this is not necessary.
