Background:
For our client, a multinational leader in the field of outcomes research and market access, we are recruiting an Experienced Senior Analyst to undertake a responsible role of leading internal teams in the company. Your duties will broadly consist of:
-designing and elaborating complex studies in outcomes research
-consulting clients and making sure that the proposed plans reflect their goals; maintaining communication throughout the projects to present results and discuss progress
-actively participating in the performance management and assessments of junior members of the team; mentoring them to ensure their success in the organisation
-providing business insights into client requirements for customised solutions to improve service and assist the growth of the business.
