Our client specialises in Healthcare Communications and they are currently seeking a Market Access Associate Managing Partner to join their offices based in London. The candidate should have a strong passion for healthcare business and a desire to be at the forefront of healthcare communications.

JOB ROLE:
Work in partnership with the Managing Partner of Market Access to deliver the OHWMA annual business plan with responsibility for delivering pre-specified financial, commercial and operational targets detailed within this.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES include:
Responsible for financial & operational management - resourcing & staff development
Responsible for providing support and input into developing a longer term strategic framework for the business
Contribution to annual business planning
Proactive client engagement including participation in client meetings and resolution of client issues
Develop and own client project plans in order to ensure adequate resourcing, quality and on-time delivery across business
Key client relationships
Support for new business development
Quality control, processes and knowledge management
Collaboration with other practices
Driver of integrated offerings
Training and development with a focus on delivering integration
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Strong programme/project management skills
Strong consulting based approach to client relationships
Broad knowledge of all the key business disciplines (PR, Medical education, GA, Direct Marketing, HEOR and Pricing)
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong team management/leadership skills
Persuasive and articulate in presenting ideas/views
