This is a unique opportunity to move from the hospital into the commercial sector where you will be responsible for representing well known and cutting edge Ventilation to doctors and other healthcare professionals, in a consultative and product expert manager. Our client is of the belief that those who use these systems know how to present them best therefore this is looking for a healthcare professional with a desire to get into a commercial role. This is a position where you will not need to have former sales experience as full training and development will be given by the experienced Sales Director. Our client is located in a highly attractive area in Eastern Switzerland and will be located in their modern global headquarters.
This position will involve giving advice and support to existing customers and new customer acquisition, briefing and training equipment products, establishing and maintaining contacts with opinion leaders, participation in trade fairs and developing a business plan for the sales area in consultation with the supervisor.
Our client is ideally looking for candidates with training in critical care and / or anaesthesia, ideally who have completed training in Nursing. They should have experience in working in a clinic / hospital environment and are familiar with the decision-making within the hospital. The candidate should have strong communications skills and be effective at meeting and networking, persuasive and effective. The candidate must be fluent German speaking for this position and also have a network of Swiss Healthcare professionals.
