You will be working across the medical communications team; this is a role that is 50% medical writing and 50% account management, you are expected to:
•Write for a variety of audiences, edit work, create and develop slide sets and work on a variety projects based on client specifications
•Liaise with clients developing existing relationships, promoting new business and be actively involved in brainstorming sessions
•Manage your own budget(s) on key projects and that of junior colleagues
•Manage accounts: Briefing colleagues, meeting client expectations and attending teleconference/ meetings to increase client relationships
•Mentor junior colleagues and effectively liaise across the medical communications team
•Educated to degree level ideally in the scientific area with at least 2 years experience as a Medical Writer
•Flawless attention to detail, brilliant written and verbal skills
•Working within budgets, time management, with strong negotiation, analytical and research skills
•Industry knowledge and knowledge of specialised field(s)
•Novice-level presentation skills
