Background:
Our client is an international medical communications agency with a reputation for high science in their communications programmes. They have an opportunity for an experienced medical writer with oncology account knowledge to join their team in London or Cheshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for a specialist with extensive Oncology experience, ideally with expertise in melanoma, to join their respected  and award winning editorial team.

The Role:

This is your chance to work as part of a highly motivated creative team. This role will develop and deliver innovative medical communications projects for leading international pharmaceutical clients. 

Utilising your Oncology expertise and commercial awareness, the Oncology Specialist will work in partnership with Client Services colleagues to manage and develop key accounts within the agency.
You should be passionate about communicating science to a variety of audiences and be able to add a creative edge and maintain high standards of quality. You will be interacting with some of the world''''s leading scientists and physicians on critical therapeutic and scientific issues. This is an opportunity to have real input, making cutting-edge science accessible to those who need it.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

To succeed you will have a degree in the life sciences, ideally with a PhD or MSc, and extensive relevant medical information, communications or marketing writing experience. You will also have significant Oncology expertise acquired through your medical communications, pharmaceutical or equivalent  background.
