Background:
Our client, one of the largest contract research organisations in the world, provides a broad range of services to the biopharmaceutical, and medical device industries. They are looking for experienced Project Leaders across that can be office or home based across Europe.
JOB ROLE:
The Project Leader will use their extensive international experience to deliver high profile, full service projects within budget, quality and timeline objectives.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES include:
Accountable for project delivery across all regions
Involvement with project scoping, costing and negotiation activities
May also have the opportunity to have involvement in the management of either small programs or large global mega trials
Play a key role in securing new business
Input into proposals and attending bid defence meetings
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Proven track record of international, full service project management, across a broad range of therapy areas
Previous CRO experience is essential with involvement in bid defense activities
Strong financial management
PERSONAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
Strong client relationship skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
