Background:
A leading International Health Economics and Outcomes Research consultancy in Sweden is currently looking for an experienced health economist to join their specialist team in Stockholm as a Principal consultant.
Within this role you will have up to 3 direct reports and be responsible for working closely with clients to develop project proposals, relay progress on projects and to maintain knowledge of company strategy development. As one of the most senior consultants within the company you will also be expected to keep up-to-date on methodologies and providing training if necessary to others in the team and to an extent within client meetings. You will take a lead role on the projects, delegating work where necessary.
You will be joining an International organisation with an excellent reputation in the industry for delivering expertise to clients looking for high quality evidence for payer purposes with a focus on health economics, bio-statistics, and epidemiology and outcomes research. The organisation is proud of the fact that they can attract talent from a variety of backgrounds in the healthcare industry and has been increasing the size of their teams significantly over the past year.
To apply for this position you should have at least 5 years of experience having worked either in a pharmaceutical or medical device company as a health economist or within a health economics role with extensive experience of economic modelling, Health Technology Assessments and handling Outcomes data.
You do not need to be currently based in Sweden but should have a strong motivation to move to Sweden for this position as help with relocation is not guaranteed.
