Background:
Our client, a leading global CRO, is currently seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist with Six Sigma experience at black belt level. This post is permanent and based at their site in Dublin.
JOB ROLE:
The Process Improvement Specialist will execute quality process improvement projects and initiatives.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES include:
Coach and mentor in quality techniques and tools to carry out process improvement projects and initiatives
Facilitate improvement project meetings and report on project progress
Define the scope of projects and suggest areas that can benefit from an improvement event
Collect and analyse data to develop actions plans
Ensure that new or old SOPs are created or revised to support new processes
Implement new processes and CAPAs to prevent adverse conditions and implement strategies
Define metrics for post-project implementation to measure the operational success of each project
Create and deliver presentations and visual aides
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Previous working experience with Six Sigma at black belt level and solid experience in a process improvement role implementing process improvement projects
Knowledge of laboratory science, ISO regulations, GCP, CAP, and other FDA regulations.
Quality tools and techniques such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Total Quality Management (TQM), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and Six Sigma

Demonstrated facilitation skills
