Nonstop''s currently working with an international Medical Communications group which is looking for a proactive Sales Director to work alongside the SVP for their industry leading Digital Communications department and help bring on board new clients and drive the business forward.

Nonstop''s client has several agencies that are part of the overall group, this position will be in their specialist agency focused on Exhibitions and Digital offerings. This will be a position which is at the forefront of Medical Communications as you will be focused on selling digital/ e-media and conferences and events services. Our client is one with a strong reputation in the area and one which works with a wide range of clients; from global blue chip pharmaceutical companies to niche biotechnology companies, this will give you the opportunity to have full reign in working with the largest clients as well as sourcing new clients. Being a highly reputable agency will offer you confidence in the services provided and will allow you to carve out a strong career path, our client is growing quickly and there are opportunities to move into new agencies and positions.

This role can be from any of our clients US offices; New Jersey, New York, California or Pennsylvania.

The candidate will have commercial and sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry and preferably medical communications agency environment. The candidate should have proven digital sales experience and experience driving annual revenue sales of $1m+. Evidence of developing and recommending strategic/tactical communications planning. The role is cross functional and therefore proven leadership experience working with account and medical and scientific services teams is required.
