My client is a next-generation marketing agency that helps build healthcare brands that patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals feel confident turning to and recommending when they are sick, in need, or helping others. Based in London they are looking for a Senior Account Director.
On offer is the chance to work on large and exciting global brands within Healthcare advertising with some of the BIGGEST clients in the industry. This opportunity offers the chance to progress quickly into a senior strategic role within this independent and highly SUCCESSFUL agency.
You must demonstrate leadership skills, understand key consumer insights and drive the correct marketing solutions. Take an active role in new business development and helping lead and prepare for pitches. You should identify opportunities for clients that support their business, brand and customer goals, conduct briefings for internal team outlining specifics of project, business objectives, client strategy, requirements, budget, schedule, job number as well as providing clear direction to the team on all projects.
To be successful in this role you must have:
Experience within integrated marketing program development and execution (direct mail and interactive campaign development and execution) within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare vertical required
Experience managing client relationships
Marketing strategy development experience
Experience managing a Marketing team
Bachelors degree required. Masters degree preferred
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong presentations and communications skills
Ability to manage people and client Strong analytic and strategic abilities
