Background:
Our client is a world leading independent biotechnology company aspiring to be the best human therapeutics company that discovers and develops important therapeutics, bringing meaningful improvement to the lives of people all over the world. They are seeking a Statistical Programmer for a 6 month contract at their North West London site.
JOB ROLE:
The Statistical Programmer will have the ability to implement complex data step logic, creating complex analysis data sets derived from various data sources.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other high statistical equivalent
Solid programming experience
Statistical programming using the SAS system
Prior experience with large databases and observational research/epidemiology methods is strongly desired
Pharmaceutical industry experience
