VP of Chemistry Discovery- Global Pharma
A global pharmaceutical organisation who are renowned for their strong focus on research and developing new products are looking for a Head of Lead Optimisation to be based in China. This is a high level position where this company are looking for someone to support global discovery programs and develop the Research strategy within drug discovery.
Based in China, this is a location which has a number of pharmaceutical companies expanding into it. Joining the leadership team, this is a high level position where you will also deal with the development of this site. You should be fluent in the local languages (Mandarin)
You should have extensive leadership background within Medicinal Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Lead Optimisation and Drug Discovery . There are a number of direct and indirect reports so a background in leading departments internationally is beneficial.
