An Oxford based Medical Communication agency is on the hunt for a Senior Scientific writer for their expert editorial team.

As a senior science writer, you will be the content development lead on various accounts and will be a key partner for the agency’s clients, advisors, and internal colleagues.

 

Within your role you will develop science-based content for allocated projects/accounts which meets the client’s brief. You will provide scientific expertise and consultancy to all stakeholders and will work in partnership with the Account Handlers and Scientific Advisor, to ensure the successful delivery of all allocated projects and provide a solid foundation for ongoing business.

 

This role would suit someone who has a keen interest in both the scientific and the brand-relevant/commercial aspects of medical communications.

You must be comfortable and confident in frequent virtual meetings with clients and clinical experts and have the flexibility to travel internationally for face-to-face meetings as and when required.

 

To be considered for this role you will be qualified to at least BSc level with a minimum of 2 years writing experience gained within a MedComms agency.

Proven ability to quickly understand scientific data and be able to discuss these as a trusted partner with the advisors and clients is essential.

The capability to communicate in multiple languages would be advantageous but is not essential.
