Job Details:

We are looking for an individual with drive and commitment to join our team as an Account Director. The role involves taking responsibility for the strategic direction and delivery of a team working across a portfolio of products. The position can be based at our offices in Plumley, Cheshire, or Manchester city centre, UK.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and leading business development opportunities, strategic thinking to develop solutions for clients, ensuring quality delivery, taking ownership of financial predicting and reporting, and fostering a productive and healthy working culture within the team.
We are looking for an individual with at least 5 years’ experience in medical communications. The role includes line management responsibility. As a member of the Meridian management team, you will have the opportunity to input into the overall direction of the company.
