The Opportunity
Whether you are just starting your career in Account Management in the MedComms industry or have a wealth of experience, Lucid is looking for you. We are hiring Account Managers at all levels throughout our organisation, from Account Executive to Senior Account Directors. The Accounts Management team partner with our Medical Writing team and are responsible for the delivery of projects for our clients. The Account Management team work with available in-house expertise such as our creative team but also with third-party suppliers, and provide appropriate direction, ensuring projects exceed client expectations and are delivered to budget.

Account Managers at Lucid are responsible for:

-  Managing, delivering and continually improving the account administration and support to internal and external clients
-  Attending appropriate client events; they are often the primary contacts for client communications, ensuring they build confidence in the service Lucid provides
-  Managing projects such as advisory panels, symposia, congress attendance, KOL planning frameworks, medical education programmes, KOL identification and KOL briefings
-  Tracking financials of all projects, with monthly reporting responsibilities
-  Managing all third-party suppliers to deliver an outstanding service
-  Ensuring we exceed all clients’ expectations through developing and executing an outstanding service to both client and KOLs
-  Ensuring all projects deadlines are met, being clear on all details and requirements
