Bioscript is seeking a friendly, proactive and committed individuals to support our busy Client Services team in our forward-thinking, friendly and dynamic agency. You will work, with supervision, on a range of projects, ensuring high-quality levels of service for our clients. The role will provide you with knowledge of our clients and business, and offers fantastic opportunity for career progression in project and account management.

Location:  Macclesfield, Cheshire (10-minute walk from Macclesfield train station).
Job type:  Permanent, full-time.

The role

The Client Services team is responsible for managing and growing our business and ensuring we offer the highest levels of service to our clients. As an Associate Account Executive, you will support the Client Services team with a range of duties, including:
  • Assisting with the development and management of project tracking documents, ensuring that tasks are completed within budget and to time.
  • Working with senior team members to support with financial management of client accounts.
  • Sourcing venues and facilities for meetings and events.
  • Preparing reports and documentation for meetings.
  • Arranging travel and logistics, such as flights, accommodation, transfers, etc.
  • Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes for items such as printing, etc.
  • Management of calendars, and organisation of Skype and WebEx meetings.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and manage own workload.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • A flair for accuracy and commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Computer literate with Outlook, Word and Excel, and good internet skills.
  • A degree qualification.
  • Prior office administration or logistics experience desirable.

Closing date for applications is 1 March 2020, with start dates in summer 2020.

The selection process will involve a presentation and on-site exercise, and interviews will be held at our offices in Macclesfield, Cheshire.
