Associate Director - Medical Communications Strategy

A growing Medical Communications Agency in Oxfordshire is looking for an Associate Director to really take on the strategic leadership of the company. If you are a highly experienced senior MedComms/MedEd professional looking for the next challenging role in your career, then this could be your chance.

As the Associate Director you would be in charge of clients and strategic operations but also be expected to provide input in its day-to-day proceedings by reviewing and contributing to the project content. This position would also allow you to build project teams and oversee them to ensure the highest possible standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Medical Communications experience (7+ years)
  • Line management experience
  • Previous experience in a Director level role
  • Strategic mind set
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Deep understanding of healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry
