On behalf of my client, a leading CRO (Clinical Research Organisation) I am recruiting a Business Development Director to join their expanding organisation.This is an excellent opportunity to join this successful European Team and take the next step in your career!

The role will be home based in Germany and involve 50% travel within the region.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing business and creating a pipeline of opportunities within pharma and biotech companies within the region
• Analysing opportunities and developing sales strategies for each client
• Proposing tailored strategies and solutions to the client from a broad suite of services available
• Work with cross-functional sales and support teams to prepare and lead client interactions and sales presentations
• Management of the whole sales cycle from beginning to end

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous sales experience from within a CRO
• Bachelors degree in life science or business preferred
• Fluent German & English
• Based from home office in Germany
• Willingness to travel circa 50%
