Job Details:
Can you imagine yourself in a CRA role in a smaller company with less site visits than industry standard? This client, a family-sized company, is looking for a Senior CRA to join their growing team. You will carry out study start up activities as well as CRA tasks, so your work life will have more variety, making it more interesting. Due to the reduced travel you will have a much better work-life balance.
This role only requires you to travel to the office once/week, reducing your commute time. This is a small company, so you are closer to higher management and will get direct mentoring and support. They have a very low turnover rate, showing that their employees are happy there.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact between the sponsor, site staff and any third parties.
- Ensure protocol, GCP and applicable regulatory compliance.
- Prepare Ethical Committee and Regulatory Authority initial submissions, amendments and safety information.
- Carry out and report feasibility studies.
- Organise, conduct and report site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits.
- Ensure source data and CRF are complete and correct.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Life Science (or equivalent by experience)
- Minimum 1 year experience in independent site monitoring
- Fluent English, Dutch and French
- Excellent knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory requirements
