My client is a global medical device company who are seeking a Clinical Specialist to join their site in southern Germany. This company create life changing medical devices used by surgeons to change the lives of patients worldwide, making it a highly rewarding career. The role of a clinical specialist is to demonstrate and train surgeons/stakeholders using surgical techniques using the companies medical device products. It supports the medical training department, and is a great fit for candidates with experience in arthroscopy (hand + feet surgery).

With this company, you will receive extensive training in their innovative training centre, where you will also demonstrate their medical devices to surgeons/stakeholders. This allows you to become an expert in the product, and ensures you can perform your job to the best of your ability. Ongoing support is provided to ensure the stakeholders receive the best possible experience with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate events for the visitors at the training centre
  • Present surgical techniques to orthopaedists, surgeons and sales staff at training events
  • Present medical device products in German + English
  • Determine training requirements using company-specific software
  • Write the associated training reports upon completion of each training event


  • Successful completion of medical training ( OTA - Surgical Technician Assistant / MFA - Medical Specialist / Nurse or with surgical experience) or equivalent education (specialist in orthopaedics)
  • Professional experience in the field of arthroscopy (hand + feet surgery)
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office systems
  • Fluent English + German
