Position: Full Time
Salary: GBP1050 - GBP2050 per annum
Location: Belgium

Job Details:

A growing clinical research consultancy is looking for a Clinical Study manager to support one of their pharmaceutical clients. As a Clinical Study Manager you will manage the CRO''s and lead the local CRA''s so here you can use your leadership skills. This is a temporary or freelance project where you can make a difference immediately.

This pharmaceutical company has studies in rare diseases which is an interesting field to get into because not a lot of companies focus on it while it would make a big difference for the patients.

You will be part of the global team but be responsible for the local activities meaning you can see the bigger perspective. The core tasks would be feasibilities, site selection, coaching of CRAs, review site visit reports, protocol development, vendor management,…

Profile:

  • Master Degree in Life Sciences, or equivalent by experience
  • Several years experience in clinical research for the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with coordination, coaching or management of CRA''s
  • Previous experience with oncology or rare diseases is an advantage
  • Fluent level of English, Dutch and French are a plus

There will be less travelling involved because you will give more internal support and on top the client gives 2 days home based work to improve your work-life balance.
