KA/244654/1 - Customer Service Specialist DACH - Support COVID-19 - Germany

An innovative medical device company are currently searching for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team based in Munich. This position will see you taking responsiblility for managing all queries with the Austrian payers, obtaining & tracking approvals and also collaborating with the rest of the finance department on a daily basis. This position is available immediately and is currently being offered as a 2 month contract, however there could be the potential to extend further as this position is critical to supporting those affected by COVID-19.

This company are at the forefront of innovation and can offer you a dynamic working environment that is fast paced and challenging. The Austrian market is of great importance to them and therefore this Customer Service Specialist position is critical to their success.

As a Customer Service Specialist for DACH, you will be expected to bring the following skills:
* Native German and English
* At least 1 year of experience within customer service
* Previous experience dealing with medical insurance is essential
* Candidates must be based in Munich or have the ability to relocate to the region

Please note: Due to COVID-19, interviews for this position will all be done remotely, as will the initial on-boarding and training. You will be based from home until further notice.
