Job Details:
Engineering Project Manager (f/m/d) - for our headquarters near Basel, Switzerland. We are one of the leading companies in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Your responsibilities would be:
- Development and execution of the engineering projects for the Swiss production site
- Guide engineering projects (preparation of the business case, alignment of stakeholders on project scope, planning, suppliers and contractor''s selection and coordination, construction, commissioning, qualification and handover)
- Achieve cost savings and improve equipment reliability & efficiency
- Support and develop engineering projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in engineering or an equivalent business degree
- At least 4 years of hands on experience in managing major and complex pharmaceutical projects mainly in Solid Dosage (APIs, generics, etc)
- Strong GMP knowledge (a plus if you have expertise and understanding of manufacturing equipment)
- Experience in budget preparation and controlling
- Proficient in standard MS Office applications and ideally user knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project etc.
- Leadership skills and ability to lead in a matrix structure (preferable)
- High level of communication skills and assertiveness; ability to escalate issues as needed
- Drive to work in an international, dynamic environment, with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English
