For one of our clients, an international pharmaceutical company with an expanding rare disease portfolio, we are looking for a Global Medical Affairs Manager based in Basel.

The role is newly opened position and will be an important function of the global medical affairs strategy and day to day activities.
The tasks will have you involved with:
- Global strategy and providing support to key countries (USA, Germany, Italy and more)
- Scientific communication and Medical information
- Marketing and Medical Materials for internal and internal use
- Drive the Advisory Board preparations and follow-up activities, reimbursement dossier creation
- Leading the training activities and mentoring for other medical affairs team members such as the MSLs, medical advisors
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant scientific or medical background
- Several years of experience in a global function
- Experience with clinical development, medical marketing and publications
- Ideally experience with rare disease, endocrinology, or gastroenterology
- Fluent English, another European language is a plus
