Hematologist - Medical Director - Early Clinical Development

A growing biotech company, who have partnered with a large pharma in their lead product, are looking for a Medical Director to lead their international studies through clinical development. This is a company with some solid funding and exciting products within Oncology, and in particular blood cancers.

This company are based in Europe, however there is a large degree of flexibility in the amount of time you have to be on site (of course this may change with meetings etc.). You will also be provided with a competitive salary and package.

You should be an MD, with extensive experience of taking projects through Phase I and Phase II (later stage would be an advantage), with expert knowledge of Haematology/Oncology. International experience and running studies in EU and US would be a large part of this role, so experience with FDA and EMA would be required.

In addition, a Heamatologist with strong experience from academic/hospital clinical trials may also be considered.

You should be motivated to work in a smaller company and take on broad responsibilities, while being responsible and accountable for the early phase studies.
