International Distributor Sales - Advanced Lab Technology - Central/Eastern Europe

Looking for a challenging role with huge regional and financial responsibility? Interested in applying a scientific background to a super-technical product portfolio; managing training, sales and business development activities?
One of NonStop''s largest cooperating partners in the field of Laboratory Technology are open for applications for an exciting role covering the Eastern and Central European markets, including Russia and Middle East.

Candidate Profile:

* Proven scientific background with exposure to HPLC, Column Theory, Phase Separation as well as (ideally) CD Systems. The role involves hands-on training of customers so a confident understanding of the technology is essential.
* Strong Sales motivation - this role offers the independence of managing the full sales process, but if you are looking for a pure acquisitions or PS position, this is not the right fit.
* Excellent intercultural communication skills, fit for a diverse customer base (across 30 countries)
* Residence anywhere in the territory, with quick access to an airport and no travel restrictions.

The role:

Managing the full sales process from acquisition to closing for large biotech and diagnostics distributors, you will negotiate, gather needs and provide outstanding service throughout the sales process. Travelling extensively (over 50%) you will proactively offer technical advice, arrange for full service from our outstanding in-house team and overall drive the company''s reputation as a world-leader in technology and in service support.

On offer for the successful applicant is an outstanding overall package, with achievable bonus structure as well as a highly competitive fixed salary. The company is well known for flexibility within roles, with most employees having worn 2 or more "hats" in their time there - after 2 years of service, your options for internal progression are wide open internationally.
