Job Details:

Our client is a leading organization in the genetics/genomics sector and they are currently seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to manage an international portfolio of customers. The Sales Executive will be responsible for our overall sales increase across the UK, France, Germany and Benelux.

The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy, has previous experience in complex sales and knows how to close deals using their professional and technical English.

If you have a scientific background dealing with customers in the NGS (agricultural) sector, we''re excited to talk with you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage & lead the UK/EU sales and oversee new international sales

- Develop and manage a prospecting pipeline

- Increasing sales conversion rates across all channels

- Develop and implement new sales strategies to capture key demographics

- Manage sales inquiries from international customers

Key Requirements :

- 3+ Years complex sales management experience

- Proven sales/commercial experience

- A background in genetics, genomics or other life science related sales is required.

- International travel 50%

- Work to hit targets and KPIs

- Demonstrate command of scientific knowledge to engage in consultative selling of projects to academia and industrial customers.

Desirable :

- English and additional languages

- International experience

- NGS knowledge

- International network of NGS service customers

- Excellent time management, communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills
