Requirements:

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all sales in the given product portfolio (instruments & consumables)
  • Focus to obtain the budgeted volumes, revenue and profit through a customer driven and consultative selling approach
  • Approach and serve the big laboratory clusters in the area, interacting with the management level customer representatives
  • Building and maintaining client relations

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales track record in Diagnostics, preferably Histology / Pathology
  • Experience with selling lab automation solutions is required
  • Perseverant in succeeding in long sales processes and proficiency in consultative selling
  • Strong networking skills to connect at all levels
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Higher education (Bachelor or master''s degree of Business Administration)
  • Located in Baden Württemberg area
