We are delighted to speak with professionals who are seeking to develop in Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance by joining one of the world leading pharma companies as a Drug Safety Administrative Assistant to support the Head Drug Safety Europe & South EMEA and the DACH Drug Safety Team in the maintenance of an efficient local pharmacovigilance (PV) system in compliance with the regulations for Human medicinal products and with the internal pharmacovigilance procedures for the countries in the DACH cluster, on a 6 months introductory contract offering fantastic experience development and great financial leverage and stability as there are 40 guaranteed working hours per week.

Generally, the minimum requirements to successfully fill the role would be:

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Language Skills: German: excellent, English: excellent.
  • Basic knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Particular knowledge required: Database knowledge.

Previous job experience in the areas of e.g. medical documentation, data processing or general administration, would be appreciated.
