Key responsibilities
Working alongside Client Service Team to support the account management aspects of project delivery focusing on compliance/contract coordination, logistical management and other administrative tasks
  • Manage client compliance processes including submission of compliance requests for events, contract coordination and post-event closure processing
  • Implement and adhere to client SOPs in relation to above tasks
  • Lead regular internal status updates and circulate actions in relation to above tasks, ensuring internal stakeholders are kept up-to-date
  • Keep track of SOPs, templates and guidance, always ensuring most up-to-date information obtained and utilised
  • Ensure processes and actions are complete on time and within client SLAs where possible
  • Support financial aspects of project delivery as required (e.g. processing invoices, completing time vs. cost analysis)
  • Develop excellent working relationships and co-ordination with relevant internal stakeholders (e.g. finance team) and external stakeholders (e.g. client compliance/legal contacts)
  • Book and manage logistics according to requirements (flights, accommodation, transfers, couriers) for internal and external teams
  • Handle and manage sensitive documents and personal information according to GDPR regulations
  • Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
  • Adhere to Open Health Medical Communications processes at all times
