QA Specialist - Focus on logistics

Job Details:

A multinational reputable company in diagnostics/medical devices is looking for a QA Specialist to support the QA processes on the logistics side. You will be responsible for the EMEA region and have more contact with logistics service partners and external providers meaning you will build a better network and will enjoy the extra human communication.

As Quality Specialist you will be part of the EMEA Quality team who is mainly focused on distribution so you can play a key role in bringing qualitative and necessary devices to the patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure product quality issues and non-conform devices are handled properly
  • Organise and perform audits
  • Manage CAPA''s and deviations related to outsourced services
  • Initiate improvements on the quality management system (QMS)
  • Train internal and external stakeholders on quality matters
  • Maintain, create and update quality processes
  • Responsible for in-quarantine shipments

Profile:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
  • Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) for the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • Experience working within a quality management system (QMS) and performing audits is a must
  • Knowledge of GDP and ISO13485 is preferred
  • Certified auditor is ideal
  • Fluent level of Dutch and English
