Remote & Field Service Engineer - Analytical X-Rays - Austria
One of the world''s leading manufacturers of state of the art X-Ray analysis systems is currently looking for a Remote & Field Service Engineer to join their team in Austria! On the market for more than 50 years now, they are constantly driving innovation in all fields of research and development, and they are searching for an experienced engineer to service and maintain their range of X-Rays, 50% of the time field-based & 50% offering remote support to their international customers. Responsibilities:
- Installing, repairing and maintaining their state-of-the-art products - including upgrades, troubleshooting and escalation support on site at the customer in Austria and neighbouring countries
- Offering technical advice on issues related to hardware, software and applications
- Offering 1st level & 2nd level support for customers and service colleagues
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer within the Medical/Diagnostics field
- Qualification in either Electronics/Mechatronics Education or related
- Fluency in English & German
- Ability to travel across Austria
