Sales Specialist, Clinical Genomics - North Netherlands

Due to internal promotions my client is now looking to hire a motivated sales professional who will have the opportunity to represent their very advanced Genomics portfolio into clinical labs in private & government hospitals in the upper half of the Netherlands i.e. from Amsterdam to Utrecht to Groningen.

Responsibilities:

• Budget achievement through identifying prospective buyers of the company''s products and services within a defined geographical region
• Support customers throughout the product life-cycle and provide customer demonstrations and training when needed
• Build customer relationships by driving customer satisfaction and increase the company''s position within the market through building trust and rapport
• Maintain and expand market knowledge including market and technology trends, commercial awareness of competitors, latest scientific findings

Requirements:

• BSc/MSc/PhD in life-sciences streams ( ideally molecular biology)
• Good knowledge of DNA/RNA sample preparation, (q)PCR, NGS and related instrumentation
• Relevant sales experience in the Molecular diagnostics industry would be ideal but not a must
• Fluent Dutch & English
